About 6 months ago my wife & I sat in a '14 Satellite Grey with black interior convertible that had come in on lease. It had around 9K miles and the black interior with the S-seats. We were looking at F-Pace's at the time and I joked "We should just buy this as a toy and keep our paid off '12 X5d".

Well, we decided to keep the X5d since it only has around 70K miles and is like new so now I am looking for one of these. I would prefer to have an AWD version and would be willing to spend more to get it but so far the only ones I have seen for sale are the '14 models in that color combo. We also REALLY like the color-matching grey top rather than the black top but the only one i have found so far has a red interior and she's not a fan of red interiors so...

 

Satellite Grey was offered in '15, but it was a seemingly rare or unpopular color choice. Which is probably why it was discontinued in '16. AWD was not available until '16 so all Satellite Grey vehicles will be RWD.
