Default SC pulley needed in So Cal

Hello, I bought the pulley from Vmax and it doesn't fit. Their pulley is too small for my '15 R so it was bent upon installing and removing it many times. Long story short I need one ASAP. I don't care if it is for a V6S or a V8R, oem or not, but I need one. Anyone???

The upper reduction pullies from any vendor are too small by a little bit. A bit of grinding is needed to polish the casting irregularities in the housing snout. Also, the pulley needs to be superheated before it is pressfit onto the shaft.

Pullies can be acquired from Eurotoys or Mina Gallery.

If you have a V-6 don't bother with the upper pulley...go straight to the crank pulley. There's only a 1.5 mm difference between the OEM and the reduction pulley.

Thanks, yea I'm aware of the grinding down part now (vendor never mentioned it) but unfortunately it's too late, pulley is now bent. I have an R and need any upper pulley still....

Try either of the two I mentioned above. They are both good to work with.

OEM take-offs usually get bent in the process.

I tried ETG just now, they won't sell a pulley on its own.

ETG also claims they don't do any grinding. They have a special tool to remove & install the pulleys.

Here are your two options. I believe Eurotoys option is a better deal since it is less expensive and offers a test dummy pulley for test fitting before you install the real one.

Mina is in the San Fernando Valley. Isn't that fairly local?

I have a smaller pulley and a stock pulley in stock. My smaller pulleys come with a clearance gauge and instructions.
