I brought my 2017 F type in for a seat cleaning and these retards used a steam cleaner on my leather/ suede seats. They will pay for the damage, however, I called the dealer for an OEM part and they are on back order with no ETA on a part. I have reached out to a few leather/ upholstery repair shops here in LA and they can get Close to a match, but not an exact fit. I have 1 location that can do the repair, but I would feel comfortable with a part from Jag. I spoke with the parts Dept at Hornburgh Jag, they literally said pay for it and then call them everyday to see when it comes in...
the part number is T2R22008LBM does anyone know how to get these from the factory? or a really good auto leather repair shop in LA
Ill share a pic, but please be gentle with your comments. My feelings are hurt enough as it is (Before and After)
I would check Britcar, they can search the European markets and there prices even with shipping are pretty good
Damn that sucks that they damaged your seat like that, crazy they would be so careless.
Good luck to you

I might also check how you referred to the people that cleaned the seats.
What's wrong with calling careless people careless?
Perhaps I should have “multi-quoted” - my intent was to offer an additional suggestion to the OP regarding the choice of characterization/labeling; not you.
I needed a trim piece on our first Maser Ghibli, took 4 months to come in. With just in time delivery they needed to put part into production from outside contractor.
In the interim, you could order leather dye from Seat Doctors (https://www.seatdoctors.com/diy-leather-dye) for around $25 for 4 ounces with free shipping within the US. They custom match it to your VIN. I bought some for my Cirrus seats and it's a perfect match. Also, those stains in the Alcantara insets should be able to be removed by a professional. I use Sonax Fabric and Alcantara cleaner foam although it may be too tame for those stains.
Leather trims are almost always made to order with JLR unless they have a cancelled order in the system. Sadly your dealer was correct in that you need to place the order with them before you will even be allocated a slot with the trim manufacturer. When I bought replacement headrest covers for my XJ it took almost 6 months to get them made and delivered. More typical delay is 2 months, but at the moment I would't like to guess if it would be more or less than that.
Once the order is placed, give it a few days and then ask your dealer to chase it as a 'vehicle off the road' order. If there is capacity with the manufacturer and there are others in the queue ahead of you that should move you nearer to the front.
I used folex for upholstery cleaning but didn't get the results, any suggestions for cleaning product?
Yep.
When I got my 3 year old XFS some 7 years ago now the driver's seat was a mess, with years of ingrained dirt and grime, it looked like I had to get it recovered it was so bad. But three goes over with this stuff and a few microfibre cloths and it came up like new: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Meguiars-Me...0AAOSwDyxbjE7M
You should have seen how much crud came up on those cloths!
I always use Armor All Oxi Magic Upholstery Carpet Cleaner for cleaning the interior of my car.
I trust that you don't use it on the leather - leather should be cleaned with products specifically made for that purpose, and Armor All makes nothing (including their wipes) that should be anywhere near Jaguar leather, regardless of their advertising.
Lexol and AutoGlym are two excellent brands of leather cleaners and non-silicone leather conditioners, but there are also a number of others - the important bit is the "non-silicone" formulation.
