Shifting in Auto vs Paddles SPEED

Default Shifting in Auto vs Paddles SPEED

Hi everyone, doers anyone know if in a straight line situation if Shifting with the paddles is any quicker than leaving it in sports automatic? thanks!

It's generally belived that we humans can't shift as fast as the computer.

we probably can with the paddles but the real issue is whether or not the full throttle shift points are optimised for maximum acceleration or not. Many cars aren't.....you'd need to try it both ways several times at the track to see which was fastest.
