Default Should I buy? F Type 4 & 5 Cylinder failed now fixed

Hello,

I'm looking for advice on if the now fixed issue / damaged of as detailed below could cause further engine issues down the line as result of the original issue.

Issue / Damage:

Cylinder 4 and 5 failed. Also found supercharger coupling to be noisy. Injectors were seized in the cylinder head. Number 4 and 5 snapped on attempting to remove. Attempted to drill snapped out in situ, however unable to. Engine was removed and ancillaries from the NS of the engine, removed NS cylinder head and was sent to specialist to remove the 2 seized injectors.

Specialist skimmed the cylinder head and replaced the valve stem oil seals. Also replaced cylinder head gasket and refitted cylinder head, torqued down to manufactures specifications using new cylinder head bolts. Replaced the timing chain tensioner on the left hand bank and refitted the timing chain. Refitted all ancillaries, replaced plastic water housing in the V of the engine, replaced the supercharging coupling and refitted the supercharger. Replaced cylinder 4 and 5 fuel injector, while engine was out. Cleaned up, greased and refitted the right hand bank fuel injectors. Replaced the spark plugs. Refitted the engine, replaced engine oil and filter.

The car is a 2015 model and other than this is immaculate inside and out. A service has also been carried out every 12 months since new with either Jaguar or an independent specialist.

I really appreciate any advice on this matter.

Carl
