Looks like in Ohio, they have predefined graphics for certain approved organizations. It looks like they just got lucky what animal was used for Ohio Zoo.

You are correct! I lucked out ! Better yet is the fact my Jaguar license plate holder covers up "Ohio Zoo's" With the logo of the Jag, you are limited to 5 letters/numbers instead of the original 7
