The car has the hardware for it. It will require modifying the CCF file.

 

So a Indy could fix this?

It depends on the shop. They'll need SDD to this and it has to be in "Engineering Mode"...although the person to get detailed information from is one of the forum mods..Cambo. He has successfully activated options on some cars.

 

Yep, some options can be activated this way.
My car didn't come with Dynamic i (configurable throttle/gearbox/suspension/exhaust) but Cambo added it no sweat using his magic machine.

What I want is to enable the two empty cylinder spaces on mine... probably not just a CCF file mod

 

That's the BMW mod where they pipe in the V8 sound through the infotainment speakers ;-)

 

My local Indy couldn't do this said the car was too new 2016
