Are we going? Have you made any inroads with Jag Palm Beach? How does the event work...do we need to call/pay in advance? When do we need to arrive etc? Many thx obviously I have never attended...

 

Jag did not get back with me. I plan on going - I figured if we need to pay we can pay there. I've never attended as well.

 

Somehow my email did not make it to Jag so I just did the good 'ol fashioned thing and called. I spoke with the general manager, Jim Holden - yes they do stuff and would love for us to join them. Don Coty will be calling me with details and I will post. Keep your eyes open for an update later today.

OK - spoke with the coordinator from Jaguar Palm Beach. They have some spots, but they reserve them for customers who've purchased from them. If you need the gents contact info, let me know and I'll get it to you. He suggested we show up around 10:00 AM. If you want to park near their corral (as I do), when you get there walk over to the Jag contingent - if there are spots nearby he'll let us know and we can park with them. We'll have to pay our fee ($5?). What's the head count - 3 cars including me so far?

 

I'm going to try to make it out. I'm not much of a morning person, but I think I should be able to make it by 9:30/10:00. Just have to figure out whether the child will fit in the trunk so the whole family can attend.

 

I will try as well...around 9:30ish sounds plausible. Let's hope the weather holds up! Definitely not going to fit family of four, oh well!

 

It was suggested to me to be there closer to 10:00 if we wanted to get lucky and park near them - hence why I'm trying closer to that time. Yes, I'm starting to conceptualize an insert I can fabricate for the rear so that if my wife and I want to go with a grandchild, the kid will fit. The standard poodle fits very well lying down. She can even fit sitting with a little hunching of her shoulders.

 

I'd use a roof rack for the kid.

You should try and make it. Weston isn't far from where I'm driving from and that's where my office is. I have probably seen you driving around Weston before. For reference I'm leaving downtown Fort Lauderdale at 850am to get up there. I hope you change your mind.

It's slammed packed, I parked on the north east side of the parking lot, in like row 14. That's the closest I could get to the Land Rover jaguar tent.

 

Mueller did you bail? Was that you I crossed paths with driving in? Don't see any jags in row 14. Not an optimal venue to show up late to. I parke near the "exotic" pen.
