Probably, the one in my F-Type looks the same as the one I had in the old XFR and AFAIU they are all the same across the Jag range.
Only one way to find out for sure - have a go at fitting it!

Main concern is fitting over the calipers... As you say, fit it and spin it... See what happens!

I have used the one in the F-Type on the left front and of course it fitted over the 380 mm brake caliper!
