Default Speed limiter

At first I didn't see the need for it when you have cruise control. But if you find a nice twisty high speed B road it allows you to brake into the corners and plant it out of the corners without worrying you are going to suddenly find yourself passing a cop at a ridiculous speed.

I like it.

Hey, that's not a bad idea at all. Will remember that.

So far, I have only used it once when I took my 16 year old God-son out for a learners lesson.

Good idea. I haven't used mine yet because I couldn't see the point! I'll give that a go!

ASL (Automatic Speed Limiter). You can use it or cruise control, not both at the same time.

Unless I've missed something, it's not on the base car.

EDIT: It is on the base car. There it was all time right next to the cruise control settings. I tried it and could see it might be useful. However, I've never used cruise control either, so that's why I've never paid attention to the buttons on the right side of the wheel..

Huh. The ASL button is above the CAN button, and toggles between ASL and cruise control functionality. I tried it to see that it works, and that's the only time I've used it.

I was wrong, ASL is on the base too. Corrected above.

Not much point in it on a straight flat highway, there I would just use cruise control, but It gives you much more of a feeling of actually driving the car on a more interesting road whilst still giving you some Licence and wallet protection.
