I am working on my 2014 F-Type V8 with deployed driver's airbag as well as deployed seatbelts. I bought a new airbag and new seatbelt from a dealer and want to ask:
Does anybody know where the impact sensors are located in this car? I can't find them. And what type of tool I need to erase the airbag warning light or should I replace the RCM? Thanks!

Someone else on this forum went through that exercise about a year ago and finally resolved all those issues with full explanation. Give the search feature a try.

Thanks, yes, I saw this topic and some of the others. This guy made a brilliant work with his F-Type, but unfortunately he didn't resolve the problem with the airbag light and sold it with airbag lights on.

Thanks for the update on that. I am guessing then that the module that stores the code does indeed need to be replaced.
