Sensors Sensors Sensors
Hello All,
Need to fix engine light and associated problem. This is a Sensor issue, Upstream Bank 1 Sensor 1. Not sure if this is a Air Fuel or Oxygen Sensor. Jag dealership diagnostic calls it an Oxygen Sensor and wants to charge $350.00 for the OEM part. I have searched a couple of part suppliers and can get for under $100. Apparently these units are very sensitive so want to make the correct choice. Please advise if you can help.

Sensor 1 is the air/fuel mixture sensor. Bank 1 is just telling you that it is on the side of the engine with Cylinder 1.
But, like was mentioned, without knowing year and model car, it is hard to give you more specific information relating to what you are desiring to do.
