My steering column has stated to get very "clicky" and noisy when it automatically moves up / down into position when either pressing the start button or exiting the car. It's pretty excessive. I have a video I can share - any suggestions of best place to host it? Or can I send to someone here to host for me?

Anyone else experience this?

 

My started to do this when I changed my seating and steering position. At service, they loosened something and lubricated. Most of it gone.

 

Common problem across the whole JLR range, usually fixed by cleaning and lubing the whole area. Use PTFE spray.
