My usual NY metro commute was a little longer than usual but beautiful day for windows down driving in dynamic mode-


I counted:


10 head nods from drivers -(curiously 4 in yankee baseball caps)


2 cell phone pics


one guy opened his window and told me "your car sounds great- like a speedboat" I didn't ask for an explanation


another passenger window of an x5 went down and asked me "is it as good to drive as it looks?"


keep in mind Im commuting at 7 am in queens- im in with the salt of the earth- haven't seen another f type on my commute

 

Actually, at idle, I agree it sounds a bit like a boat, which isn't a bad thing.
