I doubt they are listed or sold as a separate part by anyone, odds on to be part of the SC casing at least and even then it might be impossible to buy a new SC casing without buying the whole SC.
Your best bet may be to check wreckers/breakers/dismantlers.

I already have a set of guide pins, that's not what I'm after. I need the dowels that locate the SC on the block.
