The issue that bothers me is not to do with weight. My 2014 M5 is considerably heavier. It is to do with body roll. Stiffer springs would help, but I think what it really needs is stiffer anti-roll bars.
The fact that Cambo suggests the anti-roll bars are shared with the S-type blows my mind. Jaguar is clearly relying on the springs to do the job alone. I think they need to improve the anti roll bars, not the springs.

My garage today has nothing to do with my garage of the recent past, which has included 3 M3s from 3 generations with upgraded suspensions, two Z06s of two different generations, a 1965 Shelby Cobra 427SC replica built to comp specs, and a Lotus Elise, with track time in each.

To be fair my parts list only goes up to Oct. 2013 so only the earliest F-Types are in there, V8S convertible and the V6 convertible. Could be that new bars were used on the coupes or the R ?
In any case, it shows the following for the F-Type;
Front bar, same for V8 & V6, same as the X150 XK & XKR
(and XKR-S, except for the XKR-S GT)
Rear bar, same for V8 & V6, same as the X150 XK & XKR
(the XKR-S and XKR-S GT have different rears)
Cross referencing to other models shows that the XKR-S GT has the same front bar as some of the XF's. Since the F-Type front bars are same as the XK's, then the special Korean XF front bar should also fit the F-Type.
The stock front bars are 31/32mm hollow, the Korean one is 32mm solid!
On the rear, the XFR-S has the same rear bar as the XKR-S, so it should also fit the F-Type.
The stock rear bars are varying thickness depending on the part/model, 16mm, 17mm, 19mm, all solid bars. The Korean one is 20mm solid.
That's about as detailed spec as we have at the moment, no stiffness measurements or even comparisons about which OEM ones are stiffer.
From the OEM side i would guess that the XFR-S front bar and the 2008 XKR-S rear bar are the stiffest ones. I can confidently state that for the rear since it's 19mm and the others are 16/17mm. For the front it's a best guess.
But without doubt the Korean ones will be the stiffest you'll get, especially the front.

Solid bars aren't significantly stiffer than hollow bars. The center of the bar adds practically nothing when it comes to torsional strength. Most people (myself included) prefer hollow bars because they weigh less.

True, but they will fail with lower torsional loads and are more subject to fatigue failure. Still, I too prefer the hollow "bars" since failure does not pose a catastrophic event.

The (hollow) XFR-S front sway bar weighs 3kg... even if the solid front bar weighs double that it's nothing in the grand scheme of things, the cars weigh 1700kg or more so meh to a couple of kilograms...
Since there are currently no aftermarket options and the OEM bars are still an unknown quantity, it's not like we can pick & choose here.
Hopefully our Korean friends come through with the product.

OK I got a look at an updated parts catalogue...
There are differences between the convertible and the coupé, also between RWD and AWD for the front bar...
Fronts
AWD, convertible & coupé = T2R7849, unique to F-Type AWD
RWD, convertible & coupé = C2P23535, same as X150 XK/R and others
Rears
Convertible with Continuous Variable Damping = C2P23536, same as 5.0L XKR-S
Convertible without Continuous Variable Damping = C2D22337, same as XF Sportbrake

The springs and shocks are different for the various models; RWD V6, RWD V8 Convertible, RWD V8 Coupe, AWD V6, AWD V8. Plus the difference in shocks for the Continuosly Variable Damping on top of that.
It would take a while to put them all in a table that makes some sense...

Diameters are known, but no idea about the Torsional Strength.
Although the XFR-S front bar has "600Nm" noted in the parts catalog, the rest is just fitment and p/n...

Yes, as I mentioned before the stock bars of the F-Type coupe are the same as the XK, and there are crossovers to the XF as well.

Yes I was planning on it but have not taken it any further, at this stage i'll be putting the XJR on the market next year so i've decided to stop throwing money at it.

i never use dynamic/stiffer suspension settings in any of my cars, it just doesn't work on our b and c roads here in australia
i'm a fan of sways, usually my first mod along with a set of mpss, but i don't find any need for it on the f-type
on a high powered rwd car, there's a bit more involved in choosing sway thickness/rate than just simply going stiffer for the sake of it. if you want the rear to step out more suddenly, then a stiffer rear bar would work. the balance imo is pretty well spot on for street use
i find the dampening in normal mode well sorted. seems to soak up bumps really well without losing composure. this is the benefit of having a double wishbone front end. a mcpherson setup just can't match this level of compression control/comfort, regardless of how good the shocks are
re awd vs rwd front bars, you'd hope jag went with a thinner bar up front on the awd. but i imagine it's a different bar mainly due to packaging
