I'm about to buy a new F-Type and I'm wondering how these super expensive SVO paints really look in real life. I've seen pictures of the "Deep Desire Red" which show that, at least in sunlight, it looks much different (and way more gorgeous) than in the online configurator. So my question is, does anyone have real life pics of some of these paints to share?
Pictures won't do the colors justice, especially on something as critical (and expensive) as SVO colors. Your local dealer (especially if SVO-certified) should have the whole color palette on 3-dimensional models that you can touch, compare side-by-side, etc. Here's what my local dealer has on display...
That's an interesting display, and my dealer didn't have anything like that. I was all set to order my new F Type in Santorini Black until I saw that color on a Land Rover that was in the showroom. I was expecting it to be solid gloss black rather than metallic which I didn't really like. Land Rover shares a few colors with Jaguar so I was at least able to see some real life examples since F Types were as scarce as hen's teeth at the time I placed my order.
My concern with ordering one of the SVO Premium Palette colors is my guess is that it would be next to impossible to match if the car required any minor damage repair. Plus I would rather spend the $4550 on other options for the car. But I'll bet the F Types are striking in some of those colors in person.

Most look really different than online. Here are a few more of Deep Desire Red. What colors are u looking for? I can look and see if I have some.
I recently leased (future purchase) a SVR in Borealis Black, an SVO color. It is black with blue metal flake. It was super swirled when I got it so I took it to my detailer for paint correction and ceramic coat. He said he has never worked on softer paint - even wiping it down with a microfiber cloth leaves scratches. I don't know if it's just this color, or all SVO colors, but my advice would be to save the money while getting a more durable paint.

I'm looking for the darker colours of the palette, so the Deep Desire Red looks quite interesting, but it would be nice to also have pics of e.g. Petrolix Blue or Constellation Blue. But the latter seems to be super rare, and for Petrolix there are only very poor pics available.
Here is Constellation Blue. I could only find indoor pics for the F-Type. Land Rover of Anaheim has a Rover for sale in that color with better pics outside.
For the F-Type, BRG is listed as "metallic", while for the F-Pace it is in the SV Palette. Of course that could be a marketing thing, but it's also possible that they're really different colors. I have some hope that I can get a look at an F-Type in BRG the next few days.
I like the color as it’s unusual. The matte finish is surprisingly easy to care for with the Dr Beasleys products. I included pics from different angles and lighting.

The original owner ate the cost of the paint...
More like Jaguar ate the cost of the paint. There were only like 2-3 SVRs that were were customer ordered with premium paint and paid the full paint cost. The rest SVO paint SVRs were dealer inventory sold/advertised with deep discounts. Both of the Velocity Blue Satin Matte SVRs in the US took almost 2 years to sell. Yours was being offerered as a lease earlier this year for $1699. The other one was even wrapped black to try and get a buyer. Not sure why; Velociy Blue looks amazing.

The SVO BRG is called high gloss paint and has more "pop". The "regular" non-SVO BRG looks darker even under the sun.
Thanks for the info, I didn't even realize that. We had a '17 F Pace S in BRG and now the '20 SVR. Until you mentioned this and I looked at some pictures I had, I hadn't realized. But now I see the S looks darker in all the pictures. Interesting.
