Default term for overly-optioned terminal/threshold effect on residual

Hello, some cars like porsche require a lot of (expensive) options which can actually hurt the residual value at some point after the total cost of options hits a certain terminal/threshold. There is a term for this particular effect. Does anyone here know/remember the name of this effect?

While I don't lease my cars, I think you're referring to "MRM" or Maximum Residual MSRP--the maximum MSRP that can be used to calculate a residual.
