I am in need of assistance with removing the thermostat from my Jaguar F-Type R. I have tried everything to remove this item to replace it with a new one. It is 100% stuck or im doing something wrong. Does anyone have experience with removing the thermostat or have any suggestions. I have attached some pictures for reference of what i am looking at.

Zlazer, you are having the same issue I was having. Almost to the day! So if you are still struggling (I struggled with all the connections for a long time), here's what I did.
Anyway I finally got the connection loose by reattaching the thermostat to the block, then pulling it loose. You are fighting a rubber seal in the lower housing. It's still not easy but with it bolted to the block give you something to pull against. Hope this helps (but hopefully you already got it).
