Touch screen not responding to touch

I gave the dashboard a couple of taps and the touch screen has been working ever since. The dealer has contacted me and offered to help. Are there carplay options, I am an iphone user. I will have to say that after clicking the link above I really like that option and I like the stuff that you get out of the OBDII.

@mikerino that's great - probably a loose connector behind the screen. Easy fix.
I would get the unit @Evoex has and then you will have wireless CarPlay plus any Android programs you want (Torque being most important to monitor your coolant temp at all times). Plus the nice upgraded touch screen.
