Default TSB For A/C Compressor Intermittently Shutting Down

I have this issue where the A/C compressor sometimes turns off on its own after turning on for a while. It's a very rare thing (thank god) but it does happen. When it happens, the A/C would simply blow hot, humid air. But when I turn off the A/C and turn it on again, it will blow cold air once more. I've read that there was a TSB specifically for this issue, and I was wondering if anyone have it? I called my nearby dealership to check but they said my car had all "necessary services" performed, but I'm betting the rep is probably just lazy. Because of its rarity, if I simply take it in, the dealership will probably just say "cannot replicate" or something dismissive, unless I highlight the TSB in their face.

Please post if you have it, really appreciate the help.

FYI I was referring to this thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...g-help-138638/
