I don't have any PDFs but the TSB is JTB00443NAS2. It took an extra day to do because there is one bolt that is a total bi+ch to get to.
I had it done and there is a big improvement but sometimes it still happens. It likes most gas pumps but doesn't like on others.
Same thing on a '07 Mustang that I had years ago, I went from pump to pump then from gas station to gas station. Then the bank suspended my bank card think it was stolen and there was a thief going on a gasoline holiday.

Don't do it.
1. Sometimes the "fix" does nothing at all.
2. Sometimes it's only a partial fix, allowing the problem to recur unpredictably.
3. Given that the "fix" involves major surgery, it can be worse than the problem if the guys performing it are careless and/or incompetent.
Live with it. This will be easier if you insert the nozzle upside down, tilted upwards at about a 10° angle and withdrawn about an inch from the fully inserted position. You have to hold it in that position throughout the filling. Some have also tried mumbling incantations beginning "am scam gram pooky peek…" This, however, looks ridiculous and has yet to be proven effective.

I'm on the East Coast and had the problem real bad when I first got the car. Couldn't fill more than a gallon before the pump kicked off. It was a problem at all stations. After the TSB fix, I have had the problem only once at single gas station during a cross country trip. Even then it prematurely shut off only twice during the fill.

That's It!
That's it. Thanks for the PDF!
It shows the labor time is 2.5 hours. My dealer said they would need the car all day. We will see about that. Then again, if they have never done it, it may take all day. Then again, if they have never done it, would I want them tearing my F apart?
Oh man.....
But thank all you guys for the input. Especially the actual TSB!!
Take the rest of the day off!

+1. I'm also in California and the TSB solved what was a chronic problem. After the fix we did a 1400-mile loop from Sonoma Co. to San Diego & back and only once did a pump click-off early while filling the tank.
The TSB did take several days for the dealer to complete as they reported that to be covered by JLR they had to first confirm the problem _then_ order parts. On removal of the lower control arm for access to the tank & filler, they found galled threads on a bolt (apparently cross-threaded on assembly) so they also replaced the arm.

(I think that may be a generational thing too?)
Not to threadjack once again, mine does it too. Adding it to the list of things to do when I finally take it in for service. I've heard that some dealers require verification, some don't. Think I will film next time I fill...

Thank you for posting this! I have had my R for about two weeks now and I have gone to many different stations to see if the problem was the pumps... nope.
The pump shuts off like 15-times during filling, no matter what angle I put the nozzle (although I haven't tried installing it upside-down).
...very irritating.
My car was originally purchased in Oregon, but it may have been traded up between dealers from California.
I will bring in this TSB (along with the speaker vibration TSB) to the service department when I take the car in for scheduled maintenance.
