Default TSB info on CPO vehicle

Is there a way to find out if my recently purchased CPO vehicle is subject to any TSB? I didn't get a vehicle report with the car so not sure where to get that info. TSB that my car might fall into is the stereo rattle fix and the fuel filler hose. Lots of parts are vibrating when listening to music at even moderate levels. When I got gas at a Shell Station yesterday the pump kept shutting off even tho the tank was almost empty. Does the dealer service department provide this type of information?

Yes, any Jag dealer can look up what's been done and what needs to be done. However, since you know you are experiencing filler neck and sound system issues, you can ask them specifically to perform those TSBs.

Here are the service bulletins you need to look for:
JTB00537NAS2 - sound system upgrade - software
K410 - fuel canister hose - replacement
K405 - Service notification indicator - software
K309 - O2 sensor issue - software, maybe replacement as well.
The fuel filler neck replacement is on an as needed basis, so I don't think a TSB number was issued.

JTB00537NAS2 doesn't sound like it pertains to my car. I have a 2014 vert with a VIN below K07480. JTB00432V2 however seems to fit the bill.

I reached out to the seller and should hear back tomorrow about which TSB have or have not been performed.

Thanks,
-m

That simply isn't true. TSBs are there to fix problems when they are reported. Not the same as a recall campaign or other recommended service actions that have to do with wear and tear or safety.

^^^^ NATI This guy wins the internet information of the day award. TSBs are NOT recalls but best practices for fixing issue that MAY come up. You just cant go in and say I want all these TSBs done even if in original factory warranty! They have to be duplicated and identified as pertaining to the TSB. And squeaks and rattles are not covered past 12/12 unless its a part failure like suspension etc. not just a interior squeak etc. As we all know we drive on roads that beat the crap out of cars no matter how expensive they are.

If the tsb applies to your vin you can definitly ask that they be done,or at least check for the problem the tsb solves. Have done it every time any of my cars are in for service.
