Default Tweeter A-Pillar Cover Removal

So this may be a simple question--I've searched extensively here and can't find a definitive answer. My driver's side a-pillar tweeter cover in my 2018 base V6 is loose and has separated slightly from the rubber trim on the window side. How does this cover come off and what is the proper way to reinstall it? I'm assuming it can be done on its own and doesn't require the interior door panel to come off. I don't want to start pulling and snap off any plastic tabs.

So it looks as though there is one plastic pawl at the top of the cover that locks it in. For whatever reason mine won’t grab and hold. I tried spreading out the feet to make it grab tighter but every time I close the door it pops off again by about 1/4”. Any suggestions or do I just replace the pawl?

I’d replace the pawl if you can find one.
