they just cant keep their stories together ,now they say my order was drop shipped yesterday. they said they had the wrong zip code two days before that they had the product and would send out that day and would call with tracking , nothing happened why would trust they will send the correct tune, i can't trust

 

Just ordered the Porterfield RS4 brake pads from them on 4/5 and delivered on 4/12 (drop-shipped). They even asked me to confirm size of brakes. What was your problem? It's not very clear from your OP.

 

could not get an honest answere from them they lied , said my item would be shipped from their shipping dept on three different times , stayed on hold for at least an hour only to get a recording asking me to leave a call back number , they never called back . when u drop ship that sez u don't have the item in stock and ur supplier ships direct to ur customer , they told me it was in their shipping dept three times , however yesterday the said it would be drop shipped to me . they lied to me many times why would i expect them to send me the correct tune ??

 

Very unfortunate, Safe to say it may not be a great idea to get a tune from them... may be worth looking into a refund if bought already.

In my opinion it’s always worth considering forum sponsors for items that may require future communication. More times than not, they communicate well, are receptive to messages, and go out of there way to help/troubleshoot.

With that being said, consider VAP. From personal and collective experience (browse the forum for different perspectives) they have been excellent from top to bottom.

Another would be STP, they deal viezu tunes. (Although not a forum sponsor) Their owner is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the f type platform. Much can be learned from reading his posts on here
