I’m curious. How are Jags viewed in England? Are they very common there, unlike in the US? Are they considered a “premium” vehicle like here or are they more like a Ford Mustang which you see on every corner? Do they even get a second look?

Not as rare as Mustangs, but not as common as the usual German suspects. Mostly the sedans and crossovers about, F-Types are a bit niche.

A lot of Brits are in the "like 'em but they're unreliable" camp because they have no idea about how good modern Jags have become. Those bad old British Leyland days of the 70s and 80s still live on in the collective memory, which is great if you buy used as they've become automotive bargains as a result.
