If I’ll be under 60k miles on a third owner car (private sale), is there any difference on warranty coverage between that vs a CPO??

 

With no details about the car - especially the model year, this is a question impossible to answer.

 

OP, factory warranty coverage varied by year on these cars, so we'd need to know model year and initial registration date and country of initial sale. I'm a fan of buying private party as long as there is significant factory warranty remaining, but some here seem to like the CPO dealer experience and extended warranty coverage. That said, there is no free lunch, so theoretically you are paying more for the CPO car.
