Is it a "regular" CD? home made MP3 discs won't work. Personally, I have yet to try this feature as I have so much music on USB stick I don't think I'll ever listen to a CD.

Had same problem; my dealer advised that the CD upload facility is not available on the MY16 cars. No big deal.

Is the my16 mean a 2016 ?
Mine is a 2014 I just bought and I would think that since the manual says it does up to 10cds I think it would and a 2016 and be able to do that as well I have found out that out of 4 different dealers I have seen that all of them had different answers on a different matter

It isn't a CD changer, it only takes one CD at a time. But you can rip 10 CDs and it stores them for later playback. Of course, you could put as many CDs as you want on a USB flash drive and use that. I have 10 CDs stored just in case I don't have any other music available.

My 2015 V6S left the factory January 14. No upload button in the base Meridian audio system to upload CDs, I think the feature was deleted? I loaded a USB but play mostly sat radio and CDs. First night I got her home I sat in the car and played a DVD movie, wife said I was nuts.

Meridian base system has been great. With the active exhaust set to loud I can vibrate all sorts of things without turning the audio system on. I toured the factory in November, we talked about the sound system - I got the impression that they have added a "dynamat" equivalent to the doors and the latches have been fixed. Subs behind the seats could use an upgrade, but aluminum is harder to sound proof than steel. I'm happy with it for now.

Factory tour guide at Castle Bromwich asked me which sound system I ordered, I said "the V6". He said, "no no, what radio did you spec?" I said "The car comes with a radio?"

I have a 2015 F type R and I have not been able to store any Cds to internal memory even though manual says I should be able to do this.

I recall that the process wasn't very intuitive, and there was a thread here where folks asked about it.
