Hello,

Would you mind letting me know which parts of the car changes light when you go to extra and ambient lighting? It appears that in my v8 s only the passenger center handle switches color... In dynamic mode that handle changes to red and the dashboard cluster is red also. The rest stays blue.... Is this normal? I thought I read that the doors are also supposed to be red? Maybe The led in my doors have an issue. Please advise. Thanks.

 

Lights turn to red in 4 locations:
Instrument cluster
center (passenger) grab bar
both door grab bars

lights do not change color at the door release handles.

That's on a MY16. The MY14 may be different.

 

Thanks for your response. Anyone with a 2015 V8 S who can confirm the statement above? My door handles stay blue no matter what color I select on the touch screen. Same in dynamic red they are staying blue only cluster and middle bar changes color. Kindly advise. Thank you so much.

 

2014 V8S - door handles stay blue. the dynamic lighting really was a poor effort in my opinion, it should change all LED's to a uniform color.

 

I concur the lighting effect sucks lol
