yes, I believe he was, and I have to agree. I've been to a lot of F1 races and the current cars don't hold a candle to the V10 and V8 cars from the recent past.

As an aside, a buddy of mine has connections to one of the teams and I got to watch the US GP from inside the garage the year before last. And Jacky Stewart autographed my pit lane pass!

I was thinking more in terms of likening the F-Type V8 to the previous recent gens of F1 cars.

It sounds more like American car muscle to me. It doesn't sound anything like the previous 2.4 to 3.0L F1 V8s and V10s spinning at 15K rpms and above.

What do you mean more trigger happy?
The acceleration felt a little trigger happy but I noticed that someone had very aggressive settings in the dynamic mode setup
