Default Vehicle no longer connects to InControl

My vehicle has lost connection to Jaguar’s servers, i.e. it no longer connects to the remote app or the incontrol.jaguar.com.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Cause? Solution?

My subscription is still active, at least according to the app.

Delete the app then reinstall it.

SOLVED: JLR needs to transfer the InControl account subscription from the previous owner to me.

The subscription wasn’t transferred when I purchased the vehicle because the JLR dealership that owned the car sold it to an intermediary dealer (a friend of mine) who turned around and sold the vehicle to me. This problem wouldn’t have arisen had a bought the car directly from the listing JLR dealership.
