Any chance you can kindly measure the bottom of the door sill clearance too?

I currently drive a lowered 350Z and there are actually some parking lot speed bumps around me that I scrape AFTER clearing the front wheels...

Don't want to scrape the Jag other than a possible front lip when pulling into the driveway...

Somebody else should be able to help more quickly . I had recorded the lip height a couple of weeks ago from a car on the showroom floor.

I seem to recall that the AWD cars have a little more clearance.

I believe that Vic55 sold his F-type and moved on, though he occasionally still drops by here.

And, since I'm still a few days out from delivery... would anyone else be able to do that on an R Coupe as well please?

Thanks!
Vic already sold his car for a GT3

The lowered car looks so much nicer, but I've got the driveway from hell to contend with and need the front/lip at stock level. Sad.

Oops didn't see how old this thread was sorry ....

Hello everyone,

maybe someone can help me. I bought Eibach springs for my R 2014 RWD coupe and I found the front axle 3 cms taller instead of 2 lower! Then I claimed Eibach, they sent me others and ... They have been the same as the previous ones! Any idea what is happening? The rear axle has dropped only 1 cm but it can be worth ...

My case is exactly the same as the OP

They may be sending you spring sets for the AWD.

The AWD takes a shorter front spring than the 2WD. So if so it ought to sit lower on the front. If I had to bet I'd say they send him springs for the RWD V8S.

Next question for Sergio: are the Eibachs adjustable? If so, did you preload them properly?

Thanks Stuart, I read you that the AWD were 2 cm lower in some thread and I did not know what to think ... @Unhingd springs not adjustable ... I'll talk to the dealer to see what we can do. The worst thing is that after putting and removing the springs, the adjustment sensor has broken. Yesterday I was very pissed!

Try for a refund and get a set of springs from Stuart or H&R. The VAP springs are probably more in line with the drop you were hoping for from the Eibachs.

Exact. H & R are too low. I hope that Eibach will give me a solution ... If not, I will go with VAP.

I have Eibach's on the V6 and really like the drop. I'd figure out exactly what Eibach sent you. Post the part numbers.
