Default Verifying OEM Rim

I previously purchased a set of 20" OEM rims (carbon blade) off ebay. Is there any way to verify the authenticity? I've been trying to get my dealer to acknowledge the rim is OEM and they're asking for certificate of authenticity(unheard of since it is taken off a car) and/or receipt (what good will a receipt do?). Is there any signs or marking on the rims that can be used to verify that they're actual OEM rims? Appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you.

On the back of the spokes of cast wheels will be some information with part numbers, Jaguar, made in XYZ, along with the dimensions and offsets. On forged wheels this information is engraved.

Not trying to be difficult but why would the dealer care? and what does it matter?

Sorry I did not go in depth to avoid sounding long winded. Basically, my car's original wheel specs are the 18". Hence, in my vehicle registration book the specs are of the 18" wheels and tyres. To update the data in the registration book to my current 20" wheels and tyres would require a letter from the authorized dealer (which they agreed to after verifying that my wheels are indeed OEM). Normally insurance companies will have the right to reject the claim in the event of an accident if the car specifications are not as per the registration book.

Brunei. They're pretty strict on car modifications.
