vivid racing
has anyone tried to contact vivid racing ??? the charged me $2200.00 for a tune a month ago and i have not rec any product tried to cancel the order . but they are still not responding my calls or responding to my emails , have not rec any products it's been a month they said two days on april 7th
They strung me along for 7 months for shocks and I eventually cancelled and got the money back. It is obvious the pandemic has put a huge strain on their customer service and ability to get stock. I really wish they would just say that and refund instead of holding my money that long.
after a month i was able to talk to them this am , they agreed to credit my card the full amount , they said it would happen today but have yet to see the credit number they promised by days end . please note one hand typing makes it very hard to use caps and stuff a stroke has taken away the use of my left hand
