If I turn on the daytime running lights or low beam, everything lights up correctly. Your left headlight appears to be the culprit. There is no DRL LED strip on that side (like on the right side).

I see you posted on the UK forum also - lots of discussion there about it but usually affects 2018-2020 pre-facelift models.

Look for a used unit on eB (with a guarantee that the DRL LED is working) because these are expensive for a brand new replacement.

 

Actually you are still under warranty so get the dealer to replace it with a new one.

 

thank you for your answer. see photo below. When I turn on low beam everything works fine.The left lamp has a shorter presentation time. the problem is only when opening the Jaguar. maybe it's a matter of settings or coding?
