Just curious on how much people are driving their f types. Also list any maintenance done and what mileage you have encountered any problems or strange things. Sorry if it's a double post, believe I read through every f type thread, didn't see this

Jezzum, for a weekend car you have a ton of miles! My daily that I got last Christmas just hit 10k!

In winter storage at 15,200 miles (took delivery June 2013). 2nd oil change when it comes out of storage.

Had 3 O2 sensors and a vapor recovery whatchamacallit replaced.

A number of minor recall things, as mine was an early one. Center console lock, roof wiring harness, etc.

That's just the point. There's no reason it should be just a weekend car, unless the owner decides it should be. I'm putting 1K miles per month on mine, but that may slow down a bit between now and February when frozen precipitation is in the forecast.

No issues here, and just one oil change.

I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer. I have 2000 km on mine. (1200 miles). I just got it in September and, sadly, it's sleeping for the winter now.....
Maintenance has been to wash, wax and about 4 fills at the gas station.

I was accumulating only 400 miles per month so now I take a 100 mile drive every week or two weeks

Who has the most smiles? Why, all of us of course!

Oh, sorry. Miles...

My 2015 V6S Coupe bought mid-Oct has about 750 miles on it - would have driven it more but been away on holiday for 10 plus days - and I will be taking it out, winter be damned!!! (Particularly since I was "filmed", I'm not about to baby the car - for the most part - unless there's tons of salt/sand on the road).

5,000 miles in 4 months, weekend only! Drove it back from Vegas (where I got the car). Then the first 2 months I was driving it like crazy back and forth to Monterey/Willows during the weekend for things like Monterey Car Week. So far no problems. 1 oil change (not really necessary but I've tracked the car a few times so precaution). Actually, only 1 problem. Navigation screen went partially blank once. After car restarted was fine. Haven't had problem re-occur.

I think your car may hold the crown, Rob.

I just went over 9000 today, and my car's first birthday is this Wednesday.

I have @ 11,600 miles. Purchased in 6/13. I live close to work and it is a second car. I have not done any long trip yet, but am thinking of heading to the east coast with it this summer.

Bought it with ~3,700 miles in September, now over 7,400; 1,000 of which was driving it home from Chicago. Daily driver unless there's snow on the ground or I need to carry something big, hoping the price of the 2016 all wheel drive model is high enough to prevent buyer's remorse...

By 'em to drive 'em :-)
