Since you joined in 2016 I presume you have a pre-2016 f type. Shouldn't need to use reverse wire to trigger reverse camera ON any more with a carplay unit even though this is the default troubleshooting cop out.. Are you sure you have set your dipswitches correctly.. obviously if i am barking up the wrong tree just ignore everything I have just said.

I have the unique auto developments CarPlay, the car is 2017 model with the Jaguar Harmon system I have the dip switches in the right settings according to the
manual , they do say if camera is not shown to connect wire marked rear c to reverse light power wire. My friend has a the earlier model with the jaguar Bosch system
and his works ok.

Ok, so I don't have an F-Type but I do have an F-Pace SVR so I lurk in this forum since the F-Pace forum is in a coma (always).

Does anybody know where I can get such documentation/wiring diagrams for a 2021 F Pace?

Any pointers will be appreciated.

 

Have you rebooted the carplay unit after you have changed the dip switches ?? . Maybe change to the incorrect setting- reboot then change back to the correct settings and reboot again .
