Thought some of you guys might be interested in seeing this guy's xcarlink install so he can use phone Apps (e.g., Google Maps) in place of the pretty terrible standard nav.

Interesting.. that certainly opens up some options. The extra user interface widgets and such would be annoying, but I could get used to that I suppose. If its a simple upgrade and reversible, I might have to consider that at some point in the future.
