Hi, I have a 2017 jaguar XF premium 2.0 diesel. I’m needing to drain the fuel tank and need to figure out the easiest way to do so as there’s water in the fuel somehow. Any suggestions will help! Thank you!

 

I would say to watch this video and this will give you access to the top of the fuel tank. You can then remove the fuel pump. From here, I would find a transfer pump (can even use an old fuel pump with some hoses attached and a spare battery) and suck the fuel out of the fuel tank. Then, once you have the tank drained, you then just have to tighten the fuel pump back down. I find using a small wood stick and a hammer works best to spin the retaining ring on/off.
