Default 4.2L Head- Need help to ID Year & Model

Greetings,
I was hoping I could receive some assistance in identifying this 4.2L Jag head. I acquired this head a couple of years ago for a project and never got around to using it. Through process of elimination, I am assuming it came from a Series ll E-Type or a Series l XJ. There are no serial number stamps on the cam sprocket housing in the front section of the valley. Is there anyway to positively know from which year and model this head came from?
Thanks

The groves in the cam heads ID it as a very late 69 or 70/71 with wider cam settings. The cams were re profiled and there is a technical bulletin that fully discusses it. If it was a later federal head it would have air injection ports.

Thank you for the quick reply. Is there any way of knowing if this originated from an E-Type or XJ6? Or, were these 69-71 heads the same for both models during those years.
Thanks !
