Alldata is a really nice program. They kindly offer a version to local public libraries. Check to see if your library has it available. It accesses the online Alldata website and gives a lot of info and pictures. Regardless of whether you're going to get the pros involved, getting educated is a very useful thing to do---you'll get better service from the pros!
