Need to replace my CD changer as the laser has stopped lasering. Have found once from a 2002 x type. Would it be compatable with my 2001 x type?

This question is X-Type specific rather than General Tech which could explain the lack of response so far.

If you still haven't determined whether the later CD changer is compatible, either post the question in X-Type section or reply and I can move it there for you.

If you'd put your first post in the New Member Area - Intro a MUST section, we'd have pointed you to X-Type section straightaway.
