Default Cleaning charge coolers

Whilst my car is in bits I am cleaning as many things as I can. I have removed the two charge coolers (as photo below). What is the best way to clean these?

I soaked mine in degreaser for 2 days and rinsed them a few times. I also sprayed a good foaming engine cleaner inside of each manifold port to clean the heat exchanger. You cant really get to scrub it inside, but if you run pressurized water (just from the "jet" setting on your typical garden hose nozzle) it makes a difference when rinsing.

Make sure you remove that sensor first!
