Clutch/Bell housing identification

Clutch/Bell housing identification
I am trying to identify this clutch/bell housing which I picked up in a job lot some years ago.
The part number is C14444.
I have googled it to no avail.
It does have a moss box attached with an extended tail shaft.
any ideas?

Thank you very much. I had googled it again and again but there were no matches. Perhaps google works a little differentially in the USA as compared to AU.
i sold it to the new owner for A$300 and he will use it in an S type he is converting from auto to manual.
If I had your information earlier, I could have probably got more, however I am happy as I am clearing out my fifty years of jag restorations and parts.
