Default Correct Chassis Plate for Automatics early 60's thru 70's

Classic Repro have now manufactured a correct Chassis Plate for Automatics for Jaguar Saloons, E-Types and XJ's, suitable for the period from the early 60's when they changed from the old type right thru the 70's when I think they changed when VIN's came into play.

The plate has the correct foibles Tex Aco, Car no. etc.

See the plate here: http://www.classicrepro.co.uk/Images/CP523.jpgg

I have looked everywhere for this, plenty of plates for Gear Box cars and Daimler Automatic Transmission but not for Jaguar Automatics. nyway here they are and I bought one and it is very good.

Good to hear you are pleased with the chassis plate.

Classic Reproductions do advertise in the UK motoring magazines but don't appear to push their website:

Classic Repro - Jaguar and Daimler

They list a good selection of those hard-to-get plates which can really put the finishing touch to a restoration.

I forgot to mention that the plate has the "Etched" effect like the original.
