Default Cruise Control

First of all, Hello all,
I'm a new Jaguar owner, (2004 XJ8) and I'm so excited. I love this car. I've always owned Cadillac's, but have been admiring them on the road and had an opportunity to own one, so here I am, loving it. I'm still trying to learn where everything is on the control panel, but I'm concerned that the Cruise control doesn't work. Everything else works fine, but no cruise and it I can't get it to work, I will end up under the jail with speeding tickets. This car just floats over the road at 70. Any suggestions for a quick fix or am I just not getting it?

Why not join us in the X350 forum, the one for your car. Lack of cruise is not an unknown problem, and somebody will no doubt know the answer. Any fault message at all ?

Get this thread transferred to the X350 forum for more input.

I found a Jag whisper mechanic who diagnosed and showed me how to fix mine. The forums here are great, some one will steer your in the right direction.
