Fuel emergency switch
citgtayl, I take it you recently got into an accident and now the car will not start. Most newer Jaguars do not have a Cut-off switch, but instead have an electronic switch that turns off the fuel pump in the event of an accident that triggers the air bags. IF this is the case, then the only way to reset the switch is to connect a dealership level computer to the car and reset it via the software.
If by chance you do have an actual switch, it would be in the footwell area of the front seats. If you feel the trim in the footwell area towards the outside edge of the car, you may see a small hole in the trim (about 1"/2.5cm) that is big enough to stick a single finger in. You will be able to depress the button by sticking your finger in the hole, feeling for the button and then depressing it.
