Looking for a Jaguar badge. Basically its a sticker about 6" err 15cm long. Similar to this attached picture.

Talk with a local vinyl shop. They may be able to take a picture you provide and cut out the sticker/vinyl to the exact size you need. Cost you about $10 more than likely. The big trick will be finding a picture that is roughly the size that you are after (bigger than is better than being smaller, they can alway reduce without loosing definition, enlarging can lead to irregularities). From there, you can pick colors and all sorts of stuff.

 

A very good thought, I didn't realize that it was that inexpensive. Vinyl would exactly fit the bill, I would have a few made.

Now for that picture, time to visit the Jaguar museum in Warwick.....

 

LRomeo, sounds like you need to take a 12 MP image of the badge you want and give that to the vinyl shop. For a few bucks, they will delete the background and give you a copy of what is on your picture. The big thing is simplifying the picture so it is 2 tone (ie, say one shade of red and one shade of white). This will allow the computer software to know where the lines are and give you a nice clean cut. From there the shop can make it whatever size you want. A 12 MP image should allow you to go as big as about 18x6 inches (45x15 cm).
