I have been looking for a classic Jaguar Wings (7 feather) badge (see photo) for some time now. I can find large versions of these badges to hang on a wall but not the size suitable for the hood (bonnet) of my XKR. Does anyone know where such a badge can be purchased?

I'm pretty sure I remember Philhef found some for his car. Check the threads about his mods and it should be there. Or PM him.

Ok I wasn't the only one.

 

Yes, that's the main reason why I didn't want that badge. The badge that I showed in my post is an early Jaguar badge going back to the XK120. There are actually two similar badges, one with 7 tail feathers (this is the one I like) and one showing 11 tail feathers.

is this what your looking for,got mine off ebay but you don't get them on there to often.

 

I have looked extensively on eBay for several months but have not found a 7 feather Jaguar badge. If you see one, let me know.

Don't have the 7 wing badges but I do have these. I'm taking off my XK8 and replacing with custom Union Jack lit marker lights.
The cover the marker holes perfectly.

I as going to put on ebay.

 

There's a guy in Maryland that makes custom enameled badges (supposedly made one for Queen Elizabeth) using the original process. If we had an original for him to work from, he could make them up. Unfortunately, there's a 40-badge minimum and the price is probably pretty dear.
