If it can help I share with you the disassembly of my wheels on my Jaguar XJL 2013 AWD. Several nuts had swollen and were stuck in the rust I started by spraying PL-100 from Pro-lab I let it act for 24 hours I had to use an extractor for 2 nuts I cleaned the studs well with a steel brush then I put a little silicone grease and I try
on amazon Dorman 611-211 Wheel Nut M12-1.50 Mag - 21mm Hex, 36.5mm Length Compatible with Select Models, 10 Pack it was a test because they are not supposed to be for the Jag finally they are perfectly 21 mm vs 19mm but all is good and the quality is very good

Yes we have dozens if not 100's of threads on this??
All Jaguar lug nuts have been junk for the last 20+ years. Maybe longer? They are not the only brand cheaping out on this so this is not unique to Jaguar.
The first thing I do is throw away all 20 sheet metal capped lug nuts and get solid metal ones. The CORRECT type of lug nuts!
I would NOT use those Dorman lug nuts as those are again sheet metal capped lug nuts and will do exactly the same thing as the crappy stock ones will do.
Here is a quick search that returned 238 threads?
Might be worth a look. Lug Nut Problems
